    The five-time Ballon d’Or winner started a group stage meeting with Turkey donning a green offering from suppliers Nike. He emerged for the second half sporting different footwear, with pink and white Mercurial Vapors wrapping his iconic feet.

    Eye-eagled supporters quickly noticed that the boots in question featured the names of Fernandes’ children, with Ronaldo seemingly asking his former Manchester United team-mate for a favour – despite boasting plenty of his own personalised cleats.
